He tells himself he doesn't feel guilty.

He doesn't have to watch the news coverage to be aware of what is going on.

Angry judgments, about him, about the FBI Director, about agents that risked their lives.

He does something he hasn't done since the campaign; asks Donna into his office on non-work related matters. He invites her to the Residence and receives a simple answer: a smile.

Hours later, she barely waits for the door to close before kissing him.

Abbey is gone for another week. Donna is warm, willing, and present.
