The last time he could remember being really hammered, it was brilliant. His friends were having a good time, he was having a great time, hell, even his girls were having a good time — or so it seemed when they came downstairs.
He remembered actually doing that lampshade-on-the-head routine and getting his hair caught in the little tassels on the edge of the lampshade, and how they ended up having to cut his hair off just to get him loose. Everything was shining and bright and absolutely hilarious.
Unfortunately, that last time was five years before he stopped drinking.
