Postcard Collection
by Kate

Giles had a box full of postcards. It was one of the few things he took with him to England when he left Sunnydale permanently.

If you spread the postcards out onto the floor, you'd see a pattern. The same picture — sunset on beautiful scenery. The scenery changed, but the sun was the same.

You could organize them by place. Mexico, Paupa New Guinea, Japan, Romania, and a million other places with elaborate names.

And after you organized them, you could flip them over to read the message.

And it was always the same.
