Collect a carful of small blue and pink children. Email the children and your fic (along with a summary, rating, your email, and your website, if you have one) to dymphna@dymphna.net. Wait. If your fic is accepted, you will be notified. If your fic is not accepted, you will also be notified. Either way, you will get an email eventually.
